After suffering for over two decades with back pain, Dr Kanuru was the FIRST doctor that believed me when I described my symptoms, he and his staff were so very compassionate. At the end of my first appointment he held my hand n told me he promises he would help me. I never felt so heard. I had previously had bad experiences with doctors blaming my weight, mental health, thought I was drug seeking, called me a hypochondriac, etc. This amazing man did exactly what he promised, he helped me. He worked with me month after month to find the cause, not just treat it with pain medication. He appropriately medicates while finding the best way to treat your personal issue. Him and his NP were the ones that finally found the cause of my pain and I was able to have surgery to repair it. Something all my other specialists missed! Even my orthopedic spine doctor! I will forever be grateful for being given the ability to walk, sit comfortably, and sleep through the night now. Dr Kanuru literally gave me my life back.
