WORKERS' COMPENSATION

Worker’s compensation patients will be seen within 24 hours.

We provide real-time reports. The case manager, if present, can take the IME report following completion of an evaluation. All other evaluations are available within twenty-four hours. If the case manager is not present, the IME report will be faxed the following morning.

Clarity, without bias or preconceived views in the diagnosis and prognosis of an injured party is our highest priority. All parties concerned with the evaluation of a person’s physical condition deserve equal attention.

Determinations concerning the cause, relatedness, assess apportionment, and a correct diagnosis will be provided.

The clinical status of the examinee, and the appropriateness of care given, along with a recommendation of any additional diagnostic tests and medical evaluation needed can be provided.

Fairness requires a decision of whether the examinee has reached maximum medical improvement and what abilities or any permanent impairments exist.
